Our Story and Deep-Rooted History
1940s: Foundation
The foundations of Erust Agriculture were laid in the 1940s through the passion for agricultural production shared by Huseyin Erust and his father after their migration from Alanya to Antalya. This love of farming was passed down through generations and became the belief that helped us grow into one of the pioneers of modern agriculture today.
Huseyin Erust and Mahmut Unal Erust
1976 - 1985: Early Successes and Innovative Approaches
Mahmut Unal Erust, the son of Huseyin Erust, became one of the first greenhouse growers in Antalya and left a strong mark on the sector. After his father's passing in 1976, he carried the family legacy forward by starting cucumber, tomato and pepper production in a 10 decare greenhouse.
As the third generation, the pioneering move to bring melon, watermelon and fruit cultivation into greenhouse production introduced many firsts in Turkey. This innovative approach was recognized with the title of <strong>"Model Farmer"</strong> by the European Agriculture and Forestry Union in <strong>1990</strong>, followed by the Ministry of Agriculture's <strong>Gold Medal</strong> award in <strong>1991</strong>.

1998: Institutionalization and the Journey of Modern Agriculture
In 1998, our company institutionalized under the name "Erust Tarim Uretim Pazarlama Ltd. Sti.". Under the leadership of our fourth-generation representative and Chairman <strong>Mustafa Erust</strong>, we embraced modern agricultural technologies, brought global innovations to our country and built a path toward becoming one of Turkey's major fresh agriculture production brands.

2010 and Beyond: Breakthrough Innovation and Sustainability
- 2010: One of Turkey's first hydroponic production areas was established, opening a new chapter for sustainable agriculture and launching edible flower cultivation.
- 2014: Microgreen production filled a major local supply gap in gastronomy. (Recognized by the European Business Awards with "Employer of the Year")
- 2017: A recycled plastic packaging and crate production facility was established to reduce plastic consumption.
- 2022: Waste was returned to nature through our vermicompost production facility.
