Green Perilla Sprouts (Shiso Green) are aromatic microgreens derived from the perilla plant, prized in East Asian cuisine for their fresh, herbal flavor and nutrient density. These sprouts are rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and phytonutrients while being low in calories. Due to the sprouting process, they accumulate beneficial compounds including high levels of phylloquinone (vitamin K) compared to mature leaves.
