Sunflower Sprouts are fresh, nutrient-rich sprouts grown from sunflower seeds. Per 100 g, they provide approximately 40–55 kcal, 3–5 g of plant-based protein, 2–3 g of dietary fiber, and are low in fat and carbs, while supplying vitamins C, E, folate (B9) and essential minerals like iron, magnesium and potassium. The sprouting process enhances levels of antioxidants, digestive enzymes and phytosterols — compounds associated with immune support, oxidative protection, and improved mineral bioavailability.
